| Dear Xanga and my faithful readers:
It's been a lovely 907 days since I started writing in this Xanga, but all good things must come to an end. We've had some good times (who could forget "Night Of The Living Amish"?), but now we must go on our separate ways. I'm going to cut this off; maybe I'll start a new xanga, or a livejournal, or be cool and blog on myspace, but the Xanga known as Scrmngfallchild will no longer function. Maybe I'll stop by once or twice to say hi, or let you know where I'll be writing my random shit now, but otherwise this site will be dead. I'll still eagerly wake up like a kid on Christmas and read my subscription digest email each day, so I'll keep up with what everybody else is doing. Since parting is such sweet sorrow, and nobody likes to say goodbye, I'll just leave this xanga with my best wishes...
bon voyage!

 Which
Trainspotting Character Are You? I'm still obsessed with this movie. I swear I'm going to buy it soon. And thanks to this quiz that I took, my plan to become Ewan McGregor is still progressing quite nicely.

| Last night I had a headache, which progressed to a migraine, which
progressed to the worst migraine I have ever had, which also made me
nauceous and almost vomit. Don't worry, this has a nice ending. I've
been dreaming a lot lately, which is annoying me because I don't like
when I have lots of dreams, but last night I had a great dream. I can't
remember too much of it now, but it was amazing, and even though it was
a dream in which a lot of good things happened to me, I didn't end up
waking up depressed because it wasn't real. It was really weird to have
a good dream and not get depressed afterwards. Oh, I also had a dream
right before that in which I got in the car with some friends (whom I
will not name) and I brutally killed them all. It was really realistic,
and I was freaked out so I checked my phone to make sure I didn't
recieve or make any calls, to make sure it didn't happen. Also, the
movie Hostel was pretty disappointing, I wouldn't highly recommend it.
It was like Eli Roth wanted to put in all of the most disturbing,
violent, graphic torture you could think of, but it wasn't actually
scary at all.

| It's time for random updates:
1. Dave had never seen any Star Wars movies, so our solution was to
watch all 6 of them in a row. It was three Thursdays ago, we watched
episodes IV, V, VI, I, II, III, starting at around 2:30 in the
afternoon. At 5:19 a.m., four pizzas, a few six-packs, and nearly 15
hours later, the saga was complete.
2. I got a new computer, but it's not hooked up to the internet at
home, so I will continue to not be online for the remainder of break,
until mid-January (whenever I move back in).
3. I woke up yesterday with a sore throat, which quickly progressed
into a fever with aches and all that fun flu-like stuff. This means
that many of you will continue to not see me for awhile.
I had a lot more to write, but now I forget. If I remember, and if it's
important, perhaps you will read it here sometime in the near future.

| My keyboard randomly stopped working today, and since I have a password on my computer when it starts up, I can't even type in my password and start my computer. I've tried everything I can think of, and now I'm told I may need to get a new motherboard. So no computer for Matt for awhile until I figure out how to fix this.
~Update~
So apparently my motherboard is dying. I can get a new motherboard and processor and use the rest of my computer, and hopefully it'll be working again within a week or so. | | |
